Location of assignment: Ostermundigen and surroundings
Start of assignment: Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Care and support of residents during the night shift
• Supporting residents in managing daily life during the night
• Carrying out nursing measures according to individual care plans
• Professional documentation of nursing measures
• Active cooperation in the nursing team and participation in handovers

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (or equivalently recognized qualification)
• Experience in the care of residents in long-term care or acute care
• Willingness to work exclusively in the night shift
• High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of working in a team
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
