Your tasks
Daily care and support during the day and if necessary at night: You ensure professional and individual care so that our residents feel well cared for during the day as well as at night.
Promotion of autonomy: By performing RAI assessments, you actively contribute to promoting and maintaining the independence of our residents.
Emergency management: You recognize emergency situations early and confidently initiate the necessary measures.
Kinesthetic care: You actively apply the kinesthetic approach during the care of our residents to support their mobility.
Nursing documentation: You maintain the electronic nursing documentation independently, carefully and completely.
What you bring with you
Qualification: You have completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP.
Professional experience: You bring sound professional experience in inpatient long-term care as well as in dealing with people with dementia.
Language skills: You have good German language skills in application, both spoken and written.
RAI knowledge: Ideally, you already possess knowledge in the application of RAI, especially in the classification of dementia patients.
Organizational skills: You are characterized by your organizational talent and your ability to design everyday work efficiently and in a structured manner.
