Team Lead Nursing

As Team Lead Nursing, you assume the professional and personnel leadership of a nursing team. You organize the daily routines of the ward, promote the employees, and ensure, together with the team, professional, individual, and high-quality care. In doing so, you work closely with internal and external specialists and actively contribute to the further development of nursing processes. Depending on the area of application, you also take on tasks in direct care.
