Job Description

• Personnel and professional leadership of the bed department, physiotherapy, and recovery room areas based on the clinic strategy
• Ensuring smooth operations and ensuring high customer, patient, and partner satisfaction
• Promoting performance- and success-oriented team and employee development
• Maintaining and further developing the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) as well as the hospital's internal hygiene guidelines
• Ensuring compliance with cantonal requirements, data protection, and safeguarding business and group interests
• Active participation and leadership of projects at clinic and group level
• Promoting transparent and goal-oriented communication internally and externally

Qualifications

• Completed training in healthcare at tertiary level (HF/FH) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a hospital environment, ideally supplemented by further training in management or leadership
• Very good user knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
• Good German skills, French skills an advantage
• Strong interest in nursing and healthcare with a high service and customer orientation
• Strong communication and conflict management skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
• High flexibility, resilience, and willingness to change
