Introduction

For a renowned institution in the Basel area, we are looking on behalf of our client for a committed and responsible Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ. In this versatile role, you will accompany and support people with special needs in their daily lives and make an important contribution to their quality of life and self-determination.

Tasks

• Professional care, supervision, and accompaniment of the residents
• Ensuring need-oriented and resource-oriented care
• Continuous and careful maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation
• Observation of changes in health status as well as professional passing on of relevant information
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialists
• Taking on daily responsibilities within the team
• Accompaniment and support of apprentices during their training
• Induction and onboarding of new employees

Profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in the care and accompaniment of people with disabilities is an advantage
• Appreciative interaction as well as respect for the dignity and self-determination of the persons being cared for
• Knowledge of electronic nursing documentation, ideally in the RAI system
• Enjoyment in the accompaniment and promotion of apprentices
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• High social competence as well as a calm and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a team and resilience in everyday professional life
