YOUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY

• Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients in accordance with the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Professional nursing and care of patients
• Implementation of medical prescriptions and participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• High level of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated
• Accompanying apprentices and students of nursing training

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/ FH or
• Nurse with diploma level II (DN II) or
• Dipl. Krankenschwester in allg. Krankenpflege (AKP)

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital desirable

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (B2 certificate)
• Good IT user skills
• High social competence as well as pronounced empathy
• Teamwork skills and ability to guide employees
