The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach aged and health centers with around 130 residents as well as day care, Spitex, assisted living and counseling with a total of around 250 employees is a non-profit stock corporation in full ownership of the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a humorous and committed Specialist for Nursing & Care to expand our quality team.

Your new tasks

• Specialist responsibility with coaching employees for the implementation of the nursing process on the departments
• Coaching the teams in complex everyday situations
• Active participation in projects
• Close cooperation with the quality team and the nursing expert
• Taking over daily and house responsibility on approx. 8 weekends per year and deployable on all departments

What you bring with you

• Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH
• Min. 3 years of professional experience and motivation to develop further in a specialist responsibility
• Strong social competence and a good flair and enjoyment in coaching employees
• Initiative and courageous approach desired
• Curiosity, openness to new things and networked thinking
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as good BESA, easyDOK and IT skills
