For the outpatient clinic of the spinal and hand surgery clinic, we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement medical assistant (50%).
As part of the centralization of our outpatient clinics and secretariats, we are looking for a flexible personality who enjoys varied tasks and versatile missions.

Your tasks

• Organization, coordination and preparation of consultations
• Processing of postal and electronic mail as well as management of telephone requests
• Obtaining missing documents from patients to be presented
• Opening of files in SAP
• Drafting, formatting and/or revising medical reports
• General administrative tasks
• Special delegated tasks
• Replacement during leaves

You bring

• Completed training as an MPA
• Perfect command of German orally and in writing, French is desired, any other foreign language is welcome
• Assured mastery of medical terminology
• Great social competence and good communication skills
• Flexible personality and pleasure in collaborating beyond departments
