Certified Nursing Professional for the Night Shift 80-100 (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, non-profit institution in Uster with a social mission that has existed for over 100 years, providing a home to around 250 people with multiple, cognitive impairments while simultaneously creating supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. Thanks to its park-like grounds with a village character and a needs-oriented range of residential, care, day, and leisure places, the institution is considered an attractive employer with versatile development opportunities for employees of various disciplines. To complement the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a certified nursing professional for the night shift as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Care and support of people with mental and multiple impairments
• Taking on medical and nursing responsibility during the night
• Recognizing individual needs of the residents
• Adequate action and reaction in acute situations
• Participation in interdisciplinary meetings
• Collaboration in the night shift team between 20 and 7 o'clock

Your profile

• Certified nursing professional HF, DN II or AKP
• Experience in acute care required
• Experience with people with multiple mental impairments
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Physical and mental resilience
• Readiness to work the night shift
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
• Responsible and reliable personality
• Mindful perception of the needs of the residents
