La Fondation Résidence du Léman in Corseaux, a 46-bed medico-social establishment with a compatible geriatric and psychogeriatric mission, is looking for a

Nurse at 80%-100%

The position is open to both men and women.

Located in Corseaux, in an exceptional setting offering an unobstructed view of Lake Léman, our Foundation places humanity, benevolence, and the quality of support at the heart of its care philosophy. On the other hand, the Foundation actively supports staff development through training.

Your missions :

• Ensure, develop and guarantee the quality of nursing and paramedical care in collaboration with the head nurse
• Guarantee the quality and follow-up of delegated medical acts
• Provide care and support for residents autonomously
• Participate in clinical management
• Contribute to the development of the Quality approach
• Work in a multidisciplinary team and support the teams

Your profile :

• Holder of a HES diploma or a diploma deemed equivalent recognized by Swiss Red Cross
• Additional training as a training practitioner, clinical evaluation or psychogeriatrics is an asset
• Mastery of SADIES software
• Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
