The Spitex-Organisationen Regio Liestal, Waldenburgertal, Thürnen-Diepflingen and oberes Homburgertal ensure nursing care together during the night. The Regionaler Nachtdienst is managed by Spitex Regio Liestal. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH - Regionaler Nachtdienst approx. 5-8 nights per month | as of 01.11.2026 What awaits you with us Planable flexibility: You work approximately 5-8 nights per month. Shift planning is done in a small team and is coordinated together. Independence with support: You work independently and have a direct professional contact person during the night. Time for good nursing: Our night tours enable you to work independently with little time pressure. Start well-supported: We will carefully introduce you to your tasks and the Regionaler Nachtdienst. Attractive supplements: You receive CHF 10.- per hour night supplement as well as CHF 10.- per hour for on-call service (Pikettdienst). For shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, an additional supplement of CHF 10.- per hour applies. Well compensated while on the road: For trips with your own car, you receive CHF 0.70 per kilometer. A small team: You coordinate with each other in an uncomplicated manner and support one another. Your tasks at night You care for and nurse clients with professional competence in their homes. Your tour usually lasts from approx. 21.30 to 04.00. Afterwards, you perform on-call service (Pikettdienst) from home until 07.00. In doing so, you take responsibility for nursing situations during the night, support and advise relatives if necessary, and provide professional support to your FaGe colleague, who is also on tour, as a registered nurse. What you bring with you: Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent tertiary-level qualification Joy in working independently and with personal responsibility Security and flexibility in dealing with different people and situations Willingness to be on the road at night and to find your way around different households Driver's license category B and own car Get to know us without obligation and try us out!
