Healthcare Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

Our client is an established organization in the Swiss health and nursing sector, providing a comprehensive range of services for older people. The range of services includes both outpatient and inpatient offers and ranges from assisted living to comprehensive nursing and care as well as outpatient Spitex services.

Your tasks

• Taking over daily responsibility in shift operation
• Ensuring individual care and nursing of the residents
• Supporting the qualified nursing staff in measures planning
• Participation in the implementation and evaluation of nursing processes
• Maintaining seamless documentation of nursing services
• Compliance with quality standards in the nursing process
• Promotion of appreciative interaction within the team

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent
• Professional practice in long-term care with seniors
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of electronic nursing documentation is an advantage
• Empathetic and resilient personality
• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility
• High awareness of quality and service
• Ability to work in a team with humor and good manners
