Senior Physician Hand Surgery

Your tasks

• You will take on the activity in the OR as an independent surgeon for hand surgery emergencies and the entire elective spectrum of hand surgery. For complex reconstructive procedures, the clinic management is available to you depending on your level of training (replantation, peripheral nerve surgery, microsurgery).
• You will care for outpatient and inpatient patients.
• Together with an assistant physician, you will take on on-call duties on weekends and at night.
• Together with the leading physicians and senior physicians, you are responsible for the supervision and further training of our assistant physicians.

Your profile

• You have completed specialist medical training (with MEBEKO recognition) or are close to completing the Swiss specialist certification in hand surgery.
• Passed FESSH exam or close to completing the exam.
• You have very good German language skills.
• You are characterized by high teamwork skills, resilience, social competence, good communication skills, and the willingness to take on responsibility.
