Specialist General Practitioner Wolfhausen ZH

As a specialist in General Internal Medicine, you will take over the independent general practitioner care of your patients in Wolfhausen in the Canton of Zurich. You will work in the entire spectrum of general practitioner medicine with your own laboratory, ultrasound, ECG, and spirometry, and you will be supported in daily practice by Medical Practice Assistants. The permanent position is to be filled at a workload of 80 to 100 % by arrangement and offers a guaranteed fixed salary as well as regular working hours.

What awaits you in this task

• Independent general practitioner activity with anamnesis, diagnostics, therapy, and prevention
• Long-term medical care of patients in an outpatient setting
• Performance and assessment of diagnostic examinations with laboratory, ultrasound, ECG, and spirometry
• Performance of minor surgical procedures as well as treatment of chronic wounds
• Maintenance of electronic medical records and service recording with the practice software SMR
• Participation in internal and external quality circles as well as the regional medical emergency service

What you bring with you

• Specialist General Internal Medicine / Specialist General Internal Medicine or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in general practitioner or outpatient medical care
• Interest in evidence-based medicine and long-term patient care
• Ability to work independently and with individual responsibility
• Very good German skills for consultations, documentation, and cooperation within the practice team
