Here, you accompany patients through several stages of their stay and can incorporate changes immediately into your care planning. The close exchange with physio, ergo, medicine and other specialist departments ensures that you help shape the entire rehabilitation process from different perspectives.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Take on nursing responsibility and align your care with the individual rehabilitation goals
• Continuously reassess nursing needs and adapt your measures to the current development
• Together with physio and ergo, transfer therapeutic approaches into everyday nursing care and support their practical implementation
• Contribute your nursing professional assessment to case discussions and actively participate in further rehabilitation planning

You offer your new employer:

• You have a diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or corresponding SRK recognition
• You bring sound nursing experience and want to use your knowledge specifically in a rehabilitative environment
