Professional experience: at least 2 years full-time (work rate equivalent to 100% in Switzerland) in a specialized psychiatric establishment
Professional experience in Switzerland: at least 1 year of practice in equivalent conditions
Listening skills and helping relationship skills
Ability to be proactive and to position oneself as a partner in network work
Ability to adapt to change, to function autonomously and to manage complex situations and acute crises
Driver's license indispensable
