Healthcare Specialist EFZ as Permanent Night Watch YOUR TASKS

• You work closely with the main night watch (dipl. Pflegefachperson HF) and support the SRK nursing assistants on site with your specialist knowledge
• You ensure professional, respectful, and needs-oriented care and support for our residents
• You perform nursing and medical tasks according to your training
• You ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during the night and act professionally in emergency situations
• You document your observations and nursing measures completely in the nursing documentation (easyDOK) and ensure a smooth handover of the shifts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Nursing experience and enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care
• A respectful and appreciative manner with elderly people is natural for you
• You work independently, responsibly, and enjoy contributing your own ideas
• You are prepared to work permanently on the night shift
• Returners are heartily welcome
