Your field of activity ###

• You are responsible for the medical care of our cardiac surgery patients and in particular for the performance and assistance of cardiac operations in adults. Participation in on-call services is also part of your field of responsibility
• You will be supported clinically, operatively, and scientifically in your further development and are interested in initial, advanced, and continuing education
• You will take on organizational (e.g., aorta consultation clinic) and administrative tasks and will be involved in the development of the clinic
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the neighboring disciplines of cardiac surgery (e.g., cardiology, vascular surgery) is important to you

Your experience ###

• You have the specialist certification in cardiac surgery (FMH or equivalent) and are familiar with the Swiss healthcare system
• You bring an interest in modern cardiac surgery, innovation, and the further development of the field and participate with commitment and joy in the care of our patients
• You are an open personality and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
• In addition to teamwork skills, independent working is one of your strengths
