To accompany our development, we are looking for a: Laboratory Application Specialist -- Field Application Specialist (M/F) -- 80 to 100 % Your missions: * Participate in the installation of medical equipment within analysis laboratories and medical centers * Transmit your technical knowledge and train practice teams in the correct use of systems * Participate in the operational startup of instruments and assist customers in getting started with their new instruments * Ensure the follow-up and resolution of potential problems at the customer site: device use, internal control, external control, etc. * Participate in the drafting of simplified operating procedures or any other document related to the devices * Document, ensure follow-up and quality of interventions * Prepare national or international events (trade fairs, exhibitions, etc.) and participate in them * Participate in marketing activities (promotion, creation of documents, etc.) * Maintain a good relationship with suppliers and customers We offer you: * A varied position, between the laboratory, the field, and customer contact * Training directly from manufacturers * A diversified product range * A human-sized company, in development, where every employee counts, within a stable team * Company vehicle Your profile: Trained as a CFC laboratory technician in biology, an ES graduate biomedical analysis technician, or a master's degree holder in biology, you have at least 3 years of experience as a medical analysis laboratory technician or laboratory application specialist. You possess knowledge in biochemistry, immunology, hematology and you master IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, etc.) A good understanding of English is necessary (B2/C1 level); German is a plus. You demonstrate dynamism, flexibility, and good team spirit. You know how to be concise in your remarks and get to the essential.
