The Falkenstein Asana AG in Menziken offers 90 residents more than just nursing and care. With the extension building, we have expanded our offering to include a dementia residential group as well as additional nursing rooms in a modern ambiance.

For the day service, we are looking for you - immediately or by arrangement!

Your tasks:

• You take over day responsibility in the early and late shifts as well as the management of the nursing process.
• Professional nursing and care of the residents.
• You plan and accompany doctor visits.
• Goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interdisciplinary team.
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and employees.

What you bring with you:

• Professional diploma with SRK recognition (HF, AKP, DN2, DN1, FaGe EFZ, Fachmann/-frau Langzeitpflege mit eidg. Fachausweis).
• Ability to meet residents with empathy, humor, and acceptance.
• You are socially competent, patient, and tolerant.
• Very good German skills (oral and written).
• Good PC skills.
• RAI-RUG knowledge is an advantage.
