As a specialist doctor or specialist psychologist, you will take on responsibility, lead a committed team, and actively help shape the further development of our ambulatory services in Laufen. In doing so, you will combine your professional expertise with leadership competence and shape the future of our child and adolescent psychiatry.

Your tasks

• Organizational management of the Laufen ambulatory center
• Responsibility for the professional ambulatory treatment and care of children, adolescents, and their families (including taking on your own clinical activity)
• Leadership, guidance, and support of the multiprofessional team
• Ensuring high quality of treatment, capacity utilization, and the further development of ambulatory care
• Development and implementation of treatment concepts in cooperation with the responsible supervisors and specialist departments
• Participation in the professional further development of the location and networking with the other ambulatory and inpatient services

Your profile

• Completed specialist training as a specialist psychologist or specialist doctor for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent specialist level
• Enjoyment of ambulatory work with children, adolescents, and their families
• Interest and willingness to take on responsibility for the professional and organizational further development of an ambulatory location
• Leadership competence and enthusiasm for the conceptual further development of treatments
• Enjoyment of working in multiprofessional teams
