YOUR TASKS

• Strategic and professional further development of nursing at Klinik Im Park, in close cooperation with the Head of Nursing, taking into account the nursing professional orientation at the group level
• Professional leadership of the nursing service and leadership of the nursing specialist group
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of guidelines and standards
• Planning, management, and implementation of nursing and interprofessional projects
• Representation of nursing development in clinic-internal and group-wide committees
• Close cooperation with managers as well as advice, coaching, and empowerment of specialist supervisors and nursing teams

YOUR PROFILE

• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or on the way there
• Sound knowledge in evidence-based nursing as well as in quality and care development and clinical process optimization
• Strategic thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and experience in interdisciplinary cooperation
• High communication skills, leadership competence, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Enthusiasm for innovation, digitalization, and the active co-shaping of change processes
