Medical practice is looking for a part-time assistant (60%) to complete its team.

Your missions

• Warm and professional welcome of patients
• Management and scheduling of appointments
• Reception and management of telephone calls
• Routine administrative management of the practice
• Accompanying patients and coordination with the medical team
• Possibility of training in the practice of EEG (electroencephalography)

Profile sought

We are looking for a serious, organized, dynamic person who is comfortable in contact with patients. Experience in a medical practice is an asset, as is French-German bilingualism.
