This opportunity could interest you. Your mission Within the framework of your function, you participate actively in the care of patients within the operating block. Your main responsibilities will notably be to: Prepare the operating room and the material necessary for the intervention; Verify the availability, sterility and proper functioning of the material; Prepare and organize the instruments according to the type of intervention; Ensure instrumentation during surgical interventions; Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and the operating team; Guarantee compliance with hygiene, asepsis and safety rules; Participate in the care and installation of the patient in the operating block; Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists and other professionals involved in the intervention; Ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures; Participate in the storage, control and restoration of material after interventions; Contribute to the general smooth running of the operating block; Participate in the continuous improvement of quality and safety of care. Your profile We are looking for a person ideally possessing: A diploma as a Technicien(ne) en salle d'opération (TSO) or training as a nurse with a specialization in instrumentation; Professional experience in the operating block; A good mastery of hygiene, asepsis and sterilization rules; An excellent capacity for anticipation and organization; A good knowledge of surgical material and instruments; A capacity to work effectively in a demanding environment; A good team spirit and professional communication; Rigor, reliability and a high sense of responsibility; A good capacity to adapt to different interventions and situations.
