Area of responsibility

• You competently and proactively care for and monitor critically ill patients of all specialties - from admission to transfer
• You independently carry out demanding intensive care measures and ensure safe device-based monitoring
• You are an active member of the REA team and take responsibility in acute and emergency situations
• You are responsible for the nursing process as well as its professional documentation
• You work closely in an interprofessional manner with the medical service and other specialist departments
• You accompany NDS HF Intensivpflege students and support new employees during their induction

Profile

• Completed post-graduate studies HF Intensivpflege (or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland)
• Sound specialist knowledge and enjoyment of the demanding care of critically ill patients
• High commitment, resilience, as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Open, flexible personality with strong interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Ability to reflect as well as networked thinking and acting
• Willingness to work in shift service
