Your tasks

• Carrying out initial health assessments and triage
• Professional nursing advice and care for applicants
• Recognizing acute and special health risks
• Organization and coordination of medical and other medical treatments
• Implementation of nursing measures within your own area of competence
• Participation in professional medication management
• Coordination with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other health service providers
• Health advice as well as participation in prevention, hygiene, and infection protection
• Complete and careful maintenance of medical documentation
• Close cooperation with Medic-Help management, care, and other specialist departments

Your profile

• Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• Authorization to practice the profession in Switzerland or fulfillable recognition requirements
• Good skills in health assessment and triage
• Careful handling of medical documentation and confidential information
• Resilience and confident action in demanding situations
• Good communication skills and intercultural competence
• Experience in primary care, outpatient sector, emergency, public health, or transcultural care is an advantage
• Experience in the asylum or migration sector is an advantage
