Your environment

The youth station is aimed at adolescents from about 13 years of age and offers a protected place for crisis interventions, diagnostic assessments and therapeutic stays. It can be operated openly or closed and has seven treatment places.

Your tasks

• You work in the primary nursing system with active involvement of the internal and external support system
• You are co-responsible for the milieu-therapeutic offering on the station
• You bear responsibility for the conception and management of various programs
• You are involved in the development, implementation and ongoing adjustment of the treatment planning, in the sense of solution-, goal- and system-oriented social pedagogy and the nursing profession

Our requirement profile

• You are Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF
• Ideally, you have professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and work in a patient-oriented manner
• You are flexible, resilient, capable of handling conflict and like to take on responsibility
