Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our customers in Kanton Zug, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional preparation and post-operative processing of surgical procedures as well as provision of the required instruments and materials
• Instrumentation and assisting during surgical procedures within the scope of your training, experience, and competencies
• Ensuring aseptic working methods and compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the operating room
• Control and management of instruments, sterile goods, and consumables
• Implementation and documentation of the required safety and counting controls according to the specifications of the assignment company
• Co-responsibility for the safe storage and care of patients in the operating area
• Professional documentation of the activities carried out
• Close cooperation with the surgical team, anesthesia, and other involved professionals
• Active participation in a safe and smooth surgical process

Your profile

• Completed training as dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland
• Professional experience in the operating area is an advantage
• Careful, independent, and responsible way of working
• High awareness of hygiene, quality, and patient safety
• Technical understanding, organizational talent, and quick comprehension
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and clear, respectful communication
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends according to the requirements of the assignment company
