In this demanding and meaningful function at our headquarters in Winterthur, you will assess requests for cost coverage for drug therapies outside of the regular reimbursement regulations. You will thus make an important contribution to insured persons with predominantly serious or chronic illnesses and ensure timely as well as high-quality processing of complex inquiries.

• Independent examination and assessment of requests for cost coverage in the area of Off Label Use according to Art. 71a and 71b KVV
• Coordination and assessment of medical advisory investigations
• Execution of reimbursement negotiations with pharmaceutical companies
• Recording and maintenance of relevant data of requests in SAP and other systems
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions
• Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless request processing
• Close cooperation with internal specialists

This distinguishes you ###

• Completed training as a pharmacy specialist or comparable medical training
• Ideally professional experience in the benefits area of a health insurance company
• Interest in medical issues and drug therapies
• High service orientation as well as strong sense of responsibility
• Exact, structured and independent way of working
• Resilience and the ability to make high-quality decisions even under time pressure
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing, French and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
