The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the l-Hôpital de Morges for a:

Assistant in community nursing and healthcare - ASSC medicine (F/M) at 80-100%

Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.

The 1st floor medicine department has 40 beds, including 6 dedicated to palliative care, and ensures interdisciplinary management of patients requiring general and acute palliative care.

The 2nd floor medicine department includes 43 beds, half of which are dedicated to acute care for seniors, with interdisciplinary management in a suitable environment aimed at promoting and maintaining autonomy in daily activities.

YOU POSSESS

• A CFC as an Assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC).
• Good organizational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate).
• A sense of listening and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good emotional control, proactivity, and flexibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the care of the patient base entrusted to them, taking into account their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within their scope of competence and under nursing delegation.
• Support the physical, social, and psychic well-being of the entrusted patient base and help them organize daily activities.
• Be responsible for the management of the patient's direct environment in terms of hygiene and safety.
• Optimize care through a personalized, global, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
