Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF as Night Shift Team Leader

Area of responsibility

• Professional and leadership responsibility for our night shift team with around 11 employees (working hours 21:05 to 7:05)
• Ensuring the quality of care and nursing during the night shift for 4 residential areas and 103 residents
• Personnel scheduling and conducting regular employee meetings
• Operating the electronic documentation system care coach
• Shaping successful communication and cooperation with adjacent specialist departments as well as the relationship with relatives

Requirements

• Diplom Pflege HF/FH
• Leadership experience in a comparable area
• Further training in the field of leadership or the willingness to complete it
• Clear and appreciative leadership style
• Experience with RAI, CareCoach and nexus peps is an advantage
