SKILLS -- REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS * Possess a nurse's aide diploma recognized by the Croix Rouge Suisse * Have desired professional experience in child psychiatry, psychiatry or pediatrics * Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams * Have experience in counseling, support, supervision in the implementation of good practices * Possess the ability to work autonomously while demonstrating ease in organizing and collaborating to maintain and develop interdisciplinary work * Have a sense of contact and the ability to manage groups of children and adolescents * Be available for versatility with the pediatric service and the pediatric emergency sector WE OFFER * A varied activity * Possibilities for continuous training * A salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) * Excellent social benefits START DATE: 1st DECEMBER 2026 or TO BE AGREED Additional information can be obtained from Mme Claire Warin, cadres de proximité, T. +.
