Sociosanitary operator

The employer is looking for a:

Sociosanitary operator (OSS) (reported profession)

Tasks:

• guarantee the basic care of residents
• use of computerized medical record
• interdisciplinary collaboration
• ensure activities of daily living (ADL)
• support the resident in maintaining their psycho-physical resources
• participation in the planning and implementation of care interventions within one's competence
• accompaniment and support in social and recreational activities; compliance with internal procedures, hygiene standards, safety, and data protection
• documentation of services performed according to the methods provided by the facility
• support and assist the relatives of the residents

Requirements:

• relational skills and empathy
• listening skills
• aptitude for working with elderly and fragile people
• ability to work in a team
• reliability and sense of responsibility
• flexibility and availability to work in shifts, on weekends and on public holidays
• ability to manage difficult or emergency situations
• good knowledge of Italian

• occupation 70-100%
• start of employment by agreement, permanent contract
