Your tasks
In this versatile function, you are directly subordinate to the nursing management and the educational responsibility and assume professional responsibility for education in the field of nursing and care.

• Responsibility for the training of all Studierenden Pflege HF/FH in technical, personnel and organizational aspects including deployment planning
• Leadership and promotion of the directly subordinate employees in all work-relevant topics
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and working groups (LAG), school days and inter-company courses as well as joint management of the LAG with the Berufsbildenden FaGe
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate as well as for the continuous further development of training quality
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation and service recording (RAI)
• Support during recruitment throughout the entire selection process
• Taking over daily responsibility in the five residential groups to ensure the well-being of the residents
• Participation in the early and late shifts as well as one to two weekend shifts per month

Your profile
You are a committed and competent personality with joy in the training of learners and students:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as well as passed Berufsbildnerkurs (5 days) mandatory required
• SVEB 1 is an advantage or the readiness to complete this certificate course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing and ideally 1 year in the education sector
• High social, professional and self-competence
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent, structured and flexible way of working as well as a strong sense of quality
• Appreciative and empathic interaction with residents, employees and learners
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written
