Our client is a family-run elderly care center with 46 beds that offers its residents a stylish and secure living atmosphere. Competent care, courteous service, and friendliness are at the center of daily work and create trust. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF as Group Leader 80% - 100% as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of employees
• Ensuring individual and holistic care of the residents
• Supporting the team and active participation in nursing care
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care in the elderly care center
• Participation in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects
• Use of electronic aids and nursing documentation systems
• Performance of office and administration days for leadership tasks

Your profile

• Diploma training Nursing HF, recognized in Switzerland
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• Leadership training ideally present
• Confident German in speaking and writing
• Proficient use of electronic aids and nursing software
• High awareness of quality and responsibility
• Independent way of working with a high willingness to take responsibility
• Flexibility, warmth, humor, and teamwork skills
• Interest in innovative and future-oriented topics
• Openness to new things and motivation for active co-creation
