These are your tasks

• Professional support and responsibility in the learning process design for FaGe apprentices in the 1st year of apprenticeship
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal learning and educational instruction for FaGe apprentices
• Close cooperation with the training managers, the ward managers, and the wider interdisciplinary team
• Participation in the recruitment process

What you bring with you

• Nursing diploma HF/FH with experience in a psychiatric setting and a completed pedagogical additional qualification (SVEB-1 or higher)
• High professional and social competence as well as good communicative skills
• For foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is required
