For our surgical ward, we are looking for a committed dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann with an additional function as Fachverantwortung.
In a varied and demanding daily work routine, you will take on responsibility, support trainees and students in their development, and actively help shape professional, patient-oriented care. Together as a team, you will ensure high quality of care and an appreciative learning environment.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Needs- and customer-oriented care and support of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our Fachangestellte Gesundheit
• Recognizing and mastering emergency situations and initiating adequate measures until the doctor arrives
• Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility
• Conducting internal departmental evaluations as well as subject-specific short training sessions
• Supporting the management in achieving department-specific annual goals

REQUIRED TRAINING

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• Professional experience in an acute care hospital required

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (Certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social competence and strong empathy
• Teamwork skills and the ability to guide employees
