Your tasks – Expertise and innovation in nursing practice

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of complex nursing interventions according to current scientific findings
• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts and evidence-based methods to improve patient care
• Counseling and training of patients as well as their relatives in nursing and health matters
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with female doctors, male doctors, female therapists, male therapists, and other specialists
• Quality assurance and participation in research projects for the further development of nursing practice
• Support of the nursing team through expertise and guidance of employees and students
• Documentation and analysis of nursing processes for the continuous optimization of patient care
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Your profile – Academic competence with practical proximity

• Completed studies as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH (Bachelor of Science in Pflege)
• Experience in clinical nursing or in scientific work is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual skills for evidence-based practice development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Readiness for continuous further training and participation in shaping innovative nursing concepts
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
