Your tasks

• Professional and organizational management of the activation department
• Planning, coordination and further development of the activation offerings
• Active participation in individual and group activation
• Implementation of creative, cognitive, social and movement-promoting offerings
• Planning and organization of events, festivals, excursions and seasonal activities
• Promotion and preservation of the existing skills and resources of our residents
• Leadership, guidance and support of the employees in the activation area
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing, care, relatives and voluntary employees

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in everyday design and activation (FAA), activation specialist HF or an equivalent training in the activation field
• Experience in activation and accompanying elderly people, ideally in long-term care
• Joy in practical work with residents as well as in designing a varied everyday life
• Creativity, empathy and organizational skill
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• High social and communication competence
