Your challenge

• Competent and independent care of patients in complex and unstable situations in the IMC and recovery room area
• Implementation and monitoring of differentiated pain therapy, ensuring neurological monitoring and implementation of specific therapeutic measures
• Early recognition of clinical deteriorations and acutely life-threatening situations as well as initiation of the necessary measures
• Recognition and competent action in emergency situations as well as active participation in the resuscitation team
• Assumption of additional responsibilities in daily ward routine, for example as shift leader, as well as participation in ward-internal tasks and projects
• Interprofessional cooperation with doctors and other involved professional groups to ensure high-quality and patient-centered care
