On behalf of our client - a centrally located elderly and nursing home in Seebach with 90 residents - we are looking for qualified personnel. In addition to individual care and support, everyday life is enriched by diverse activities such as concerts, excursions or seated dancing. Job Description ##

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH with overarching professional responsibility in the area of quality, development and complex care situations
• Ensuring and continuous further development of nursing quality
• Professional guidance and support of the nursing team in complex situations
• Active co-design and implementation of quality standards and processes
• Accompanying medical rounds as well as professional follow-up work
• Conducting demanding conversations with relatives
• Taking over case management in complex resident situations
• Close cooperation with the nursing management and interdisciplinary partners
• Participation in daily operational nursing (early and late shifts)
• Prospectively taking over professional leadership of a small team

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
• Mandatory: Several years of experience in long-term care
• Mandatory: Sound knowledge of the RAI system
• High professional competence in dealing with complex care situations
• Experience in quality assurance and process development is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, especially in challenging conversation situations
• Independent, reflective and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take on responsibility and to get actively involved
• Joy in developing further and taking on an overarching role
