Job description ######

You are a trained assistant for Health and Social Care, or a nursing assistant SRK. You have already been able to gain some professional experience. You enjoy working in a team and act in a customer-oriented manner. You apply your PC skills proficiently. You master the German language in spoken and written form and understand the Swiss dialect. Tasks: - Support of the residents in activities of daily living (e.g., personal hygiene, dressing, mobilization, food intake, excretion, etc.), and in the maintenance of their physical and mental resources - Assistance with preventive, diagnostic, or therapeutic measures according to the competencies of the training - Housekeeping tasks such as making beds, ordering food and materials, as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the residents' rooms, the furniture contained therein with the involvement of the resident, and in the department's premises in addition to the hotel and cleaning service - Accompanying dependent residents within and outside the senior center - Cleaning, maintenance work and simple functional checks of devices, walking aids and wheelchairs and, if necessary, contacting the technical service - Co-responsibility for the implementation and documentation of services planned in the nursing mandate - Recognizing, forwarding and documenting changes in the residents and their environment - Accompanying the residents in crisis situations and during dying - Relief and support of the specialists and implementation of delegated tasks within your own competence profile - Taking over all tasks of the caregiver within the primary nursing concept of the department Break: 30 minutes break are paid
