Your tasks

• Leadership and support of around 30 employees
• Ensuring high nursing quality and co-shaping nursing processes
• Active participation as well as trustworthy design of primary caregiver nursing and contact with relatives
• Electronic nursing documentation and service recording (RAI)
• Evaluating nursing quality and supporting as well as shaping our open feedback culture

What you bring with you

• Completed training in nursing (HF, DNII or FaGE) with several years of professional experience
• Ideally familiar with RAI-Supervisor tasks
• Communication and organizational skills, a warm appearance and interest in co-shaping
• Advantageously leadership experience or joy and willingness to gain this experience
• High understanding of quality and joy in new ideas
