Die Sennhütte is a specialist institution for addiction therapy on the Zugerberg. We accompany people with addictive diseases on their way to as self-determined a life as possible. Do you want to work psychotherapeutically, take on responsibility, and actively help shape the therapeutic development of an institution? Then we look forward to meeting you.

Your task

You assume overall professional responsibility for the therapeutic orientation of Sennhütte and lead our team of psychotherapy as well as art and design therapy. As a member of the management team, you work closely with the management and contribute to the professional and strategic further development of the institution.

Your priorities

• Professional and personnel leadership of the psychotherapy team
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of our therapeutic offers
• Further development of therapeutic concepts together with the management
• Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with social pedagogy, social work, and work pedagogy
• Participation in direct therapeutic work with clients
• Participation in higher-level professional and operational issues

What you bring with you

• University degree in psychology as well as federally recognized further training in psychotherapy
• Several years of psychotherapeutic professional experience, ideally in the field of addictive diseases
• Enjoyment of leadership tasks and the further development of organizations
• A resource-oriented, pragmatic, and reflective therapeutic attitude
• Preferably a cognitive-behavioral therapy orientation as well as experience with or interest in DBT/emotion regulation, trauma-sensitive and mindfulness-based approaches
• The ability to bring different perspectives together and take on responsibility
• Humanity, humor, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
