Nursing staff for the employee pool (m/f/d)

Our client is the largest integrated provider of services in old age in Switzerland and employs around 4'000 employees at numerous locations. Through the seamless interplay of outpatient and inpatient offers - from independent assisted living to comprehensive care to Switzerland-wide leading private Spitex services - the company covers the entire spectrum of elderly care. We are looking for committed personalities for the employee pool in the nursing sector, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Implementation of individual nursing and care measures
• Consideration of applicable nursing processes in everyday work
• Support of existing nursing teams during individual shifts
• Flexible deployment in the relief pool during personnel shortages
• Ensuring the quality of care during holidays and absences
• Taking over shift responsibility after appropriate induction
• Cooperation with established teams in everyday nursing

Your profile

• Completed, SRK-recognized nursing training (HF/FH, EFZ or assistant)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care
• Strong team and cooperation skills
• High awareness of quality in nursing work
• Great flexibility for changing assignments
• Readiness for short-term relief assignments
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people
• Responsible handling of nursing processes
