YOUR TASKS

• You carry out care interventions in agreement with the nursing staff and in accordance with the assessment of care needs.
• You support the nurses in the daily operations of the service and contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
• You take charge of the transport of patients and equipment, accompany trainees during their integration, and coordinate their assignment.
• Support in the documentation of care measures and monitoring of patients' vital parameters
• Communication with relatives and other services within the framework of patient care and coordination of appointments

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as an assistant in health and social care (AGS) or a care assistant.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the acute field, preferably in urology.
• You have excellent knowledge of German, both oral and written.
• You work reliably, responsibly, and are service-oriented.
• You enjoy interprofessional teamwork and approach our patients with empathy.
• Team spirit, communication and organizational skills
