Private ward D1 for older adults

The therapy offering is aimed at older adults from the age of 65 in life crises with depression, anxiety disorders, neurodegenerative diseases from mild to moderate demential diseases as well as somatic concomitant and underlying diseases. After careful diagnostic clarification, we offer therapeutic services ranging from low-threshold support to psychiatric/psychotherapeutic settings. In addition to ergo- and physiotherapy, the therapy spectrum also includes complementary medical offerings as well as psychosocial tasks. Our patients are cared for in close cooperation with the case therapist within the key person system. The atmosphere on the ward is characterized by a respectful fundamental attitude and by the careful cultivation of interpersonal relationships.

Your tasks

• the individual care and support of patients and the contact with relatives within the framework of key person work and in consultation with the core team
• participation in subject-specific working groups and projects
• ensuring cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation
• the management and co-management of psychotherapeutic group offerings and reports
• the coordination as well as planning of treatment in the interprofessional team
• the support of patients in crisis situations

Since we work with permanent night watches, you will primarily be deployed in a two-shift system (early and late shift).

Your profile

For this exciting activity, you bring a degree in nursing at HF level and professional experience in the field of psychiatric or geriatric nursing. You have the desire to work in a special area where customer orientation is lived. Are variety and changing situations a challenge for you and do they give you pleasure?
