Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100%

Our client is an established nursing home in the region that specializes in the care of people in dementia care as well as Palliative Care and offers a home to around 84 residents. The care concept is based on primary nursing in the maieutic sense and is characterized by a particularly appreciative and individual care approach. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80%-100% by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of the residents
• Contact person for employees in assistant functions and trainees
• Accompanying and instructing interns
• Taking on responsibility as a primary caregiver
• Coordination as an MDS coordinator for the care process
• Implementation of the RAI/RUG system including documentation
• Promoting learning in the team as a vocational trainer

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care
• Open and empathetic personality
• Knowledge of Palliative Care and RAI/RUG is an advantage
• Willingness to acquire missing specialist knowledge
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Understanding of the Swiss German language
• Enjoyment in accompanying trainees as a vocational trainer
