• You will nurse and care for our patients with high personal responsibility, professionally, patient-oriented and according to the latest findings.
• In doing so, you bear co-responsibility for the quality of care and perform medical-technical and nursing tasks based on the defined area of competence.
• Additionally, you are responsible for tasks in the logistical, administrative and housekeeping areas.
• You perform the daily recording of services for material and nursing activities – supported by the hospital information system Clinical.
• You take on co-responsibility for the implementation of the area and department goals and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing processes.

What you need to be successful

• You are a Healthcare Professional EFZ (Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ) and bring professional experience in acute care.
• You find the diverse medical variety of the nursing departments in our familial peripheral hospital to be a particularly exciting and enriching challenge.
• The well-being of the patients is at the center of your work and you encounter people with respect and appreciation.
• You perform your profession with joy, are motivated, a team player and resilient.
• You work reliably and conscientiously and like to take on responsibility.
• You consider being able to constantly learn and perform additional competencies to be exciting and challenging.
• Proficient German completes your profile (provided that a B2 certificate is presented for non-native speakers).

Special vacation plans? If the annual 25 to 32 vacation days are sometimes not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be checked with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!

Our terms of employment are basically based on the Collective Labour Agreement (GAV) for the personnel of Berner Spitäler und Kliniken.

Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau work largely with seasonal, healthy and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can treat themselves to a versatile buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought food are also available.
