Your area of responsibility

• Medical-psychiatric expertise as part of our interdisciplinary care structure for our inpatient offerings at both locations (Frutigen/Interlaken); depending on the workload, job sharing is also possible with deployment primarily at one location and cross-location substitution
• Own case management of patients with a wide diagnostic spectrum and treatments in the area of basic and specialized care, in the area of parent-child
• Senior physician function without personnel or leadership responsibility, but involvement in the training/supervision of employees in advanced training positions
• Participation in the on-call and standby system

Your competencies

• Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or shortly before completion
• Broad psychopharmacological knowledge and skill and interest in interdisciplinary differential diagnosis
• Interdisciplinary thinking and team understanding with a person-centered attitude
• Flexibility and resilience as well as motivation to drive innovation and processes forward
